Wednesday Mornings, 10am to 11am

Autumn 2024 dates:

A mid-week reset: connect with your senses, strength, creativity, and community. A guided physical warm-up weaves together principles from contemporary dance, neurology and anatomy.

We'll then move on to guided improvisation, dance composition, and partner/group work with the option for thoughtful, consensual contact.

There will always be many options for
adaptation so you can tailor movements to your mood and your individual physicality.

These sessions are enjoyable for beginners as well as more experienced movers, and are appropriate for a range of mobility challenges. Please do get in touch if you have any questions before attending.

No special clothes or gear required -

just come dressed to move!

Price per person: £12, or £10/session for 4+ sessions
